My name is Florence I am a fully qualified CHSSP Home Stager, Property Stylist and owner of Interiors by Florence.

Whether you are looking to present your home to get the best price to sell or you would like to refresh what you have, I can help.

 I can give you advice on colour, accessories and lighting as well as show you how you can transform your home.

I can source furniture and soft furnishing as well as everything that you need including tradesmen to save you time and frustration.

 Many people still associate anything to do with interior with high cost and expect it to be out of their price range but transforming your home doesn't need to be expensive or stressful. With Interiors by Florence you can sit back and enjoy the results in the comfort of your transformed home, whatever your budget.

I am not an Interior Designer, I cannot tell you which walls to knock down but I will advise you on what colours will work best for you.

HOME STAGING TO SELL

A small amount of money spent on Home Staging can help to sell the property faster and at the best price. A viewer makes a decision on whether to buy a house within the first few minutes, first impressions really do count! My Professional Home Staging services can create the necessary effect and it needn't be expensive.

REFRESHING YOUR DECOR

This can be completed in just one day using your existing furniture and adding a few accessories, new lighting or even soft furnishing.

PROPERTY STYLING

My consultation will offer suggestions and advice on lighting, fabrics, furniture, accessories, layout, decoration, colour schemes and de-cluttering. I can help you visualise your finished project with a mood board and take you through the project step by step.

SOURCING

I can source and order everything you need to complete your project from accessories to trades.

DECLUTTERING

I can offer advice on how to remove clutter which may have built up over many years. Specific items and changes can be suggested and an action plan to maintain clutter-free zones can be supplied. I will be as hands on in this process as you want me to be.

    The choice of colour was inspired by the original tiles and the statement light and armchair give a feeling of opulence to the hallway.

    The lounge was dark and dated compared to the new kitchen, the room needed modernising but the client wanted to keep the furniture.

    The room was de-cluttered, the same blinds were used in both the kitchen and lounge to allow the house to flow.The walls were painted in a lighter shade, the carpet was replaced and modern statement lighting gives a contemporary feel to the room.

    The conservatory was not used by the family as a room.

    The conservatory was de-cluttered and furnished with furniture that the client was using in other parts of the house. A new ceiling light was added . The conservatory is now a room that is used every day.

    The clients had a very modern new kitchen / diner extension built and the existing lounge looked dated and became unused. The brief was to match the lounge to the new extension.
